How do I know which radiator size is right for my room?
To determine the correct size, you need to calculate the BTU (British Thermal Unit) requirement for your space based on room dimensions, window types, and wall insulation. We recommend using our online BTU calculator for an accurate estimate.
What is the standard delivery timeframe for large radiators?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized designer radiators or custom finishes, delivery may take between 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do your radiators come with valves and wall brackets?
All our radiators include standard wall mounting brackets and a bleed valve. However, radiator valves (manual or thermostatic) are sold separately to allow you to choose a style that matches your home decor.
What is your return policy if the product is not suitable?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a radiator has been installed or filled with water, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our radiators come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty ranging from 5 to 15 years, depending on the material (steel, aluminum, or cast iron) and the specific model purchased.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation services, we provide detailed technical specification sheets for every product to assist your qualified plumber or heating engineer with the setup process.
